I am a System Engineering professional specializing in international defense industry engagments. I focus on Model Base System Engineering.(MBSE) and requirements engineering to bring insight to the proposed solution before costly implentation.

Actionable Results

Possess unique skills in process modeling, verification, validation and design of simulation experiments. I am an advocate of simulation technology and a proponent of the actionable results it brings to corporations and government authorities interested in improving and understanding their business better.

Project Examples

There are many papers describing projects that I have worked on available on the Projects page. I hope you will take the time to see if any of the subjects interest you. The projects I found most interesting were the Department of Motor Vehicle improvement and the Ballistic Missile Defense Site Selection. The DMV study uses the Arena Discrete Event Simulation. The BMD site selection provides a nice visual representation using heat maps that are used to evaluate the outcome as decision variables are changed in real-time.

Education

I was privileged to attend Chico State University during my early studies in Computer Science. The Bachelor Degree I received was the stepping stone of my career that led to working in the Financial Services industry. I continued my education at Old Dominion University by attaining a Master's of Engineering with specialization in Modeling, Simulation and Visualization.
